Returns and Exchanges

At Partico.bg (operated by EM AUTO 13 OOD), we strive to provide excellent service and complete satisfaction with every order placed. If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return or exchange it under the following conditions:

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, without stating a reason.

To exercise this right, you must:

– notify us in writing by email at: office@partico.bg

– return the product in its original commercial condition – with undamaged packaging, showing no signs of use or installation

2. Terms for Returns and Exchanges

The products must meet the following conditions:

– Must not have been used or installed

– Must be in their original packaging and complete with all accessories

– Must be accompanied by a receipt or invoice

Products that are not eligible for return:

– Custom-ordered items made to individual request (e.g. painted in the customer’s color)

– Parts installed by the customer or third parties

– Products with visible commercial wear or signs of use

3. Return Costs

– The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, unless the reason is our fault (e.g. wrong or defective item)

– In case of an exchange – delivery of the new product is at the customer’s expense, except when the error is on our part

4. Refunds

– Upon successful exercise of the right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the returned goods

– Refunds are made using the same method as the original payment (unless otherwise agreed)

– Refunds are not issued for additional services such as installation, painting, or express delivery

5. Claims

If you receive a defective product or a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.

You can send photos and a description of the issue to info@partico.bg, and our team will contact you to arrange a resolution (repair, replacement, or refund).

6. Installation Terms

• All installation work is carried out at our facility/workshop, unless otherwise agreed in advance between the parties.
• If installation at an address specified by the customer is required, additional transport and travel costs will be charged, as agreed in advance.
• The final installation price is determined based on the specifics of the project, the complexity of the work, and the customer’s additional requirements.
• We reserve the right to update and change installation service prices at any time without prior notice.
• The current installation price is confirmed at the time the order is accepted and may differ from previously published prices.
