If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return or exchange it under the following conditions: <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, without stating a reason.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To exercise this right, you must:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 notify us in writing by email at: office@partico.bg<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 return the product in its original commercial condition \u2013 with undamaged packaging, showing no signs of use or installation<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Terms for Returns and Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The products must meet the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Must not have been used or installed<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Must be in their original packaging and complete with all accessories<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Must be accompanied by a receipt or invoice<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products that are not eligible for return:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Custom-ordered items made to individual request (e.g. painted in the customer&#8217;s color)<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Parts installed by the customer or third parties<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Products with visible commercial wear or signs of use<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Return Costs<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, unless the reason is our fault (e.g. wrong or defective item)<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 In case of an exchange \u2013 delivery of the new product is at the customer&#8217;s expense, except when the error is on our part<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Refunds<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Upon successful exercise of the right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the returned goods<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Refunds are made using the same method as the original payment (unless otherwise agreed)<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Refunds are not issued for additional services such as installation, painting, or express delivery<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
