Alu-Cab Adventure is a premium aluminum canopy developed specifically for the Ford Ranger Double Cab (2012+). Thanks to its all-aluminum construction, it offers low weight, high strength and excellent resistance to UV rays and corrosion, making it ideal for professional use as well as camping, overlanding and off-road expeditions.

The Adventure series stands out with its special rear hatch with a central window, which gives good rear visibility while keeping maximum space for mounting external accessories on the side panels.

Thanks to the integrated roof C-rails, roof racks, crossbars, awnings, solar panels or a rooftop tent can easily be mounted on the canopy.

The canopy has two full-length side doors and one rear door. Waterproof full-length hinges and a quality double-seal system provide excellent protection against water, dust and mud.

The integrated roof C-rails and internal T-slot rails allow quick mounting of various accessories, organizers, drawers and storage systems.

The roof carries loads of up to 200 kg while driving and 400 kg at rest, making it suitable for rooftop tents and heavy expedition gear.

It is mounted with purpose-designed brackets to the vehicle’s original load-bed anchor points and requires no drilling.

⚠️ Installation

It is mounted with purpose-designed brackets to the vehicle’s original load-bed anchor points and requires no drilling.

All sports bars, tonneau covers or other accessories mounted on the body must be removed before installation.

Additional accessories such as side compartments, sliding systems, tables and other modules can be added during installation. The third brake light and interior LED lighting are wired separately.

For the strongest possible mounting and to preserve the warranty, it is recommended that the plastic bed liner be removed or modified so the mounting hardware attaches directly to the metal body.
