The Alu-Cab Contour canopy is built for owners of the Ford Ranger Double Cab (2012-2022) who want maximum strength, low weight and uncompromising functionality. Made almost entirely from aluminum, it offers outstanding resistance to corrosion, UV rays and harsh weather, making it equally suited to everyday work and to camping, overlanding and off-road expeditions.

Thanks to the three large opening doors – two side doors and one rear door – access to the load space is quick and easy from every side of the vehicle. The doors use a double-seal system that provides excellent protection against water, dust and mud even in the toughest conditions.

The integrated roof C-rails and internal T-slot rails make it easy to mount rooftop tents, racks, awnings, solar panels, drawers, cabinets and a wide range of accessories. The roof carries up to 200 kg dynamic and up to 400 kg static load, making it suitable for heavy expedition gear.

The canopy comes with 3 LED interior lights, an integrated third brake light and a front pressure-equalization vent that reduces dust ingress while driving.

It is mounted with purpose-designed brackets to the original load-bed anchor points and requires no drilling, preserving the vehicle’s original structure.

Installation

It is mounted with purpose-designed brackets to the vehicle’s original load-bed anchor points and requires no drilling.

For the strongest possible mounting and to preserve the warranty, it is recommended that the plastic bed liner be removed or modified so the mounting hardware attaches directly to the metal body.

If desired, additional accessories such as drawers, cabinets, sliding systems, organizers and other expedition gear can be fitted.
