Alu-Cab Guard Aluminum Canopy for Ford Ranger (2012–2022)

Alu-Cab Guard is a premium aluminum canopy developed specifically for the Ford Ranger Double Cab (2012–2022). Made almost entirely from high-quality aluminum, it offers exceptional strength, low weight and excellent resistance to UV rays and corrosion, making it ideal for professional use as well as off-road adventures.

Unlike the other Alu-Cab models, the Guard stands out with its fully enclosed design with no windows. This increases structural strength and gives maximum cargo protection against weather, dust, impacts and unwanted access.

Thanks to the integrated roof rails, roof racks, crossbars, awnings, solar panels or a rooftop tent can easily be mounted on the canopy.

The canopy has three opening hatches – two side and one rear. The double-seal system provides excellent protection against water, dust and mud, keeping your cargo dry and protected in any conditions.

The integrated roof C-rails and internal T-slot rails allow quick mounting of various accessories, organizers, drawers and storage systems.

The roof carries loads of up to 200 kg while driving and 400 kg at rest, so rooftop tents and heavy expedition gear can be mounted without issue.

It is mounted with purpose-designed brackets to the original load-bed anchor points and requires no drilling.

It is mounted with purpose-designed brackets to the vehicle’s original load-bed anchor points and requires no drilling.

All sports bars, tonneau covers or other accessories mounted on the body must be removed before installation.

For the strongest possible mounting and to preserve the warranty, it is recommended that the plastic bed liner be removed or modified so the mounting hardware attaches directly to the metal body.
