Lazer Roof Pod with 2 Glide LED lamps for VW Amarok (2023+)

The Lazer Roof Pod with 2 Glide LED lamps is designed specifically for the Volkswagen Amarok (2023+), offering a factory (OEM) look, extremely powerful lighting and maximum functionality. The kit includes two high-performance Glide LED lamps, integrated into a low-profile aerodynamic housing that perfectly follows the vehicle’s roof lines.

The housing is made of high-strength PC-ASA material, resistant to UV rays, weather and mechanical stress, and the gloss black finish blends perfectly with the Amarok’s design. Thanks to its low profile, the system significantly reduces wind noise while driving and looks like original factory equipment.

The two Glide LED lamps deliver an impressive light output of 23,000 lm, providing excellent road illumination at distances up to 1549 meters. In E-Mark (Low Output) mode the system is fully road-legal as auxiliary main-beam lights, and with Flash-To-Dim technology a single switch activates full light output for off-road use.

The kit is compatible with vehicles without roof rails as well as versions with factory roof rails, and includes all necessary mounting components for quick and precise installation.

As an additional option, a Lazer CANNY CAN Interface can be added. This smart CAN device communicates directly with the vehicle’s electronic system and allows automatic control of the LED lamps without cutting or modifying the original wiring. On vehicles with Matrix LED headlights, CANNY synchronizes the roof lamps with the factory Matrix system so that they switch on automatically only when there is no oncoming traffic. If desired, the system can also be controlled via the Lazer Smart Button, which allows quick switching on and off and selection between the different operating modes.

Installation

The roof pod is designed specifically for the Volkswagen Amarok (2023+) and is mounted using the included templates, VHB mounting tapes and high-strength silicone adhesive.

For users who do not want to drill the roof, the kit includes a special cable channel that allows discreet cable routing along the outside of the A-pillar.

For maximum functionality on vehicles with Matrix LED headlights, we recommend adding the Lazer CANNY CAN Interface, which allows smart automatic control of the LED lamps via the vehicle’s CAN bus without interfering with the original electrical wiring.

Due to the limited shelf life of the included silicone adhesive, the manufacturer recommends installation within one month of purchasing the kit.
