The ReadyLIFT 4” Coil Spring Lift Kit (49-23421) is a premium solution for the Ford Super Duty F250 / F350 4WD (2023–2026) with the Power Stroke diesel engine.

This kit builds on the standard 4” lift with tubular radius arms and a Falcon dual steering stabilizer, significantly improving suspension geometry, handling and stability – especially with large tyres.

Considered the “sweet spot” for the Super Duty, this lift allows tyres up to 37” to be fitted while retaining excellent everyday driving comfort.
