Alu-Cab Adventure is a premium aluminum canopy designed for the Ford Ranger Double Cab (2012+). Thanks to its all-aluminum construction, it combines low weight, high strength and excellent resistance to UV rays and corrosion, making it suitable for everyday use as well as tough off-road conditions, camping, expeditions and professional work.

The Adventure model stands out with its narrow rear door with a centrally placed window, which gives good rear visibility, extra strength and more space for mounting external accessories on the side panels.

The canopy has two full-length side doors and one rear door, fitted with waterproof full-length hinges that ensure reliable protection against water, dust and mud.

The roof features two integrated C-rails for mounting roof racks, crossbars, awnings, solar panels or a rooftop tent. The internal T-slot rails offer many options for fitting cabinets, organizers, drawers and cargo tie-down systems.

The roof carries up to 200 kg dynamic and 400 kg static load, so you can use a rooftop tent and heavy expedition gear.

It is mounted with purpose-designed brackets to the original load-bed anchor points and requires no drilling.

⚠️ Installation

It is mounted with purpose-designed brackets to the vehicle’s original load-bed anchor points and requires no drilling.

All sports bars, tonneau covers or other accessories mounted on the load bed must be removed before installation.

If desired, additional accessories such as side cabinets, tables, organizers and other storage systems can be fitted. The interior LED lighting and third brake light are wired separately.

For the strongest possible mounting and to preserve the warranty, it is recommended that the plastic bed liner be removed or modified so the mounting hardware attaches directly to the metal body.
