Alu-Cab Guard is a premium aluminum canopy designed specifically for the Ford Ranger Double Cab (2023+). Thanks to its almost all-aluminum construction, it offers an excellent balance of low weight, high strength and outstanding resistance to corrosion and UV rays. That makes it an ideal choice for professional use, hardcore off-roading, camping, overlanding and everyday use.

The Black / Tread Plate version has a strong textured aluminum roof (Tread Plate) that provides excellent grip when walking on the roof and even greater durability under heavy use.

Guard model stands out with its fully enclosed design with no side windows, which increases structural strength and gives maximum cargo protection against weather, dust, impacts and unwanted access.

The canopy has three opening doors – two side doors and a rear door – with a double-seal system that provides excellent protection against water, dust and mud even in the toughest conditions.

Thanks to the integrated roof C-rails and internal T-slot rails, you can easily fit rooftop tents, racks, awnings, cabinets, drawers and a wide range of cargo organization systems.

The roof carries up to 200 kg dynamic and 400 kg static load, allowing heavy expedition gear to be mounted.

It is mounted with purpose-designed brackets to the vehicle’s original load-bed anchor points and requires no drilling, preserving the vehicle’s original structure.

⚠️ Installation

It is mounted with purpose-designed brackets to the vehicle’s original load-bed anchor points and requires no drilling.

For the strongest possible mounting and to preserve the warranty, it is recommended that the plastic bed liner be removed or modified so the mounting hardware attaches directly to the metal body.

On the Ford Ranger PHEV the plastic bed liner must be removed or slightly trimmed in the left corner to allow access to the canopy mounting point.

All sports bars, tonneau covers or other accessories mounted on the load bed must be removed before installation.

If desired, additional cabinets, drawers, organizers, sliding systems and other storage accessories can be fitted.
